Glappy: Don't throw that tray away yet. White fuzz on broccoli micros is almost always root hair, not mold. Root hairs are fine, fuzzy, and appear uniformly near the base of the stems. Mold looks cottony, has a web-like pattern, and often has a musty smell. Send me a photo and I'll confirm in seconds. Root hair = healthy. Mold = action needed.
