Let us be direct with you. We do not offer refunds on microgreens. They are perishable, grown to order, and harvested the same day they reach your door. A refund does not solve anything because it does not get fresh greens back on your plate.
But here is what we will do. If your microgreens did not meet our standard - if they arrived damaged, wilted, or anything less than what you expected - we will replace them with a fresh batch at no charge. No runaround. No interrogation. Just tell us what happened and we will make it right.
How It Works
1. Contact Us Within 48 Hours
If something is off with your order, reach out within 48 hours of delivery. Send us a text at (484) 642-7639 or email BestMicrogreensAre@MicrogreenFX.com.
2. Send a Photo
Snap a quick photo of the issue. This helps us understand what went wrong and improve our process so it does not happen again.
3. We Replace It
We will grow a fresh replacement batch and get it to you as fast as possible. No charge. That is the deal.
Storage Matters
Here is the thing most people do not realize. Proper storage is the difference between microgreens that last a few days and microgreens that stay fresh for 3 to 6 weeks. Store-bought microgreens from the grocery store? You are lucky to get 3 to 10 days out of those. Ours last dramatically longer because they are harvested the same day you receive them - not days or weeks before.
How to Store Your Microgreens
- Refrigerator, middle shelf. This is the sweet spot for temperature consistency.
- Not too close to the back. The back of the fridge tends to be colder and can damage delicate greens.
- Keep the container closed until you are ready to use them.
- Do not wash until ready to eat. Excess moisture accelerates spoilage.
We cannot guarantee product quality after improper storage. If microgreens are left at room temperature for extended periods or stored in the wrong part of the fridge, they will not last as long. Follow these guidelines and you will get the most out of every tray.
This is a family operation. We take it personally when something is not right. You are not a ticket number - you are a neighbor, and we want you to come back next week.
