Terms of Service
The ground rules for ordering from MicrogreenFX. We kept it simple and readable because nobody should need a law degree to buy microgreens.
Our Products
All MicrogreenFX products are perishable and grown to order. Every tray is seeded specifically for your order, which means we do not carry pre-grown inventory sitting on a shelf. What you receive is as fresh as it gets - harvested the same day it ships.
Pricing is subject to change based on seed costs, supply availability, and seasonal factors. We will always do our best to keep prices fair and transparent.
Delivery
We offer free delivery within our Southeast Pennsylvania delivery zones, including Philadelphia, Montgomery, Delaware, Bucks, Chester, and SE Berks counties. Delivery details and scheduling are covered in full on our Delivery Policy page.
Payment
All payments are processed through PayPal. You can pay using credit card, debit card, PayPal balance, or Venmo. We never see or store your full payment details - PayPal handles all of that securely.
Subscriptions
Our subscription plans (weekly or bi-weekly delivery) can be cancelled at any time. No cancellation fees, no penalties, no awkward phone calls. Just send us a text or email and we will take care of it. You can also pause or adjust your subscription whenever you need to.
CSA Memberships
CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) subscriptions are non-refundable once the season begins. However, they are transferable - if you can no longer use your share, you are welcome to transfer it to someone else. Just let us know so we can update the pickup list.
Product Quality and Storage
We stand behind the quality of every tray we grow. However, microgreens are living produce and need proper storage. Once delivered, please store your microgreens in the refrigerator on the middle shelf - not too close to the back where it tends to be colder. We cannot be held liable for product quality after improper storage or extended time at room temperature.

Classes and Workshops
We offer microgreen growing classes for all ages. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who provides adult supervision throughout the class. By registering for a class, you acknowledge that growing activities involve soil, water, and seeds - dress accordingly.
