Who We Are Looking For
You know that person at the farmers market who somehow helps fifteen people in an hour and every single one of them walks away feeling like they got undivided attention? That is the person we are looking for.
It is a real skill - and most people do not have it. The ability to be warm without being chatty. Engaging without being overbearing. Helpful without being pushy. You know how to read someone in the first three seconds. You know when to talk and - more importantly - when to stop talking.
Think of it like threading a needle. On one side, you have efficiency - keeping the line moving, making sure nobody waits too long. On the other side, you have warmth - making each person feel seen, heard, and valued. Most people lean too far one way or the other. But some people are naturals. They do both at the same time without even thinking about it.

What You Would Do
Farmers Markets
Represent MicroGreen FX at local farmers markets across Southeast Pennsylvania. You are the face people see. The energy they remember. The reason they come back next week.
Sampling and Education
Hand out samples. Explain what microgreens are. Share why they matter. Most people have never tried them - you get to be the person who changes that. It is more fun than it sounds.
Telling the Story
Every great product has a story. Ours is a family farm started by a guy who hates vegetables. People love hearing it. You would be the one telling it - in your own words, your own way.
Events and Community
Pop-ups, community events, special markets - wherever people gather and good food is welcome. You would help us show up and make an impression that sticks.
