This removes your account and personal data from microGREEN FX. Read what happens before you confirm.
What deletion does
- Your login, profile, phone number, birthday and saved addresses are erased.
- Any active CSA subscription is cancelled. Deliveries stop.
- Your reviews are unlinked from your name and kept anonymous, or removed on request.
- Unused referral credits and eBook access are forfeited and cannot be restored.
What we have to keep
Completed order and payment records are retained where tax and accounting law requires it. Those are kept as financial records, not as a customer profile, and are not used to contact you again.
Confirm deletion
Deletion is handled by a person, not a script, so nothing is wiped by an accidental click. We action requests within 30 days and email you when it is done. You can cancel any time before then by replying to that email.
Just want the emails to stop?
You do not have to delete your account for that. Turn off the newsletter on your profile page, or reply STOP to any text. Your order history stays intact.
