The number nobody tells you
One ounce of microgreens carries roughly the nutrition of 1.5 pounds of the mature plant, and for some nutrients up to 2.5 pounds. Where that number comes from, and which nutrients actually hit the high end. Two minutes, then we stop talking and start growing.
Seeding a tray, live, in your hands
Seed density in grams, not handfuls. This is where most people go wrong on day one. Over-seed and you are growing mold. Under-seed and you are growing disappointment. You will see the correct density with your own eyes so you never have to guess again.
Water. The exact mL.
The single most common reason a first tray dies. You get the number, the timing, and the bottom-water technique we use on every tray we sell. Plus the one visual test that tells you whether you are looking at mold or at healthy root hair, before you throw out a perfectly good tray.

Why Would We Give Away A $40 Workshop?
Fair question. Here is the honest answer.
We are a family farm. We have three kids eating out of these trays. The whole reason this business exists is that we could not find greens clean enough and fresh enough for our own table, so we grew them. That standard is the entire product.
So when someone asks us how to do it, telling them "buy my kit" is the small version of the answer. The real answer is fifteen minutes plus however long your questions take, and it fits in a Sunday morning.
We are not trying to sell you a grow kit in that quarter hour. We are trying to end the part where your family eats greens that were harvested eleven days ago in another state.
