Sulforaphane Power Breakfast Bowl ๐ณ
A toast, two eggs, half an avocado, and a packed handful of broccoli microgreens. The avocado fat carries sulforaphane into your bloodstream more efficiently than supplements.
Ingredients
- 1 slice sprouted-grain or sourdough toast
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 2 fried or poached eggs
- 1 ounce fresh broccoli microgreens
- Pinch of flaky sea salt, black pepper, lemon
Method
- Toast firm. Smash the avocado on top, season.
- Cook eggs soft-yolk. Yolk fat helps absorb sulforaphane.
- Lay eggs on the toast. Pile the microgreens on while warm.
- Finish with lemon. Eat within 10 minutes for max crunch.
