Superfood Smoothie Bowl 🥣
Two forms of chia in one bowl: seeds soaked as thickener, microgreens blended for omega-3s. Topped with granola, berries, and a fresh chia crown.
Ingredients
- 2 oz fresh chia microgreens
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup almond or oat milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (soaked in 3 tbsp water)
- 1 tbsp almond butter, 1 tsp honey
- Toppings: granola, banana, berries, hemp seeds, bee pollen
Method
- Soak chia seeds 5 min while prepping.
- Liquid first, then yogurt and almond butter.
- Add frozen banana, berries, soaked chia, honey.
- Top with 2 oz microgreens, do not chop. Blend high 60 sec. Bowl it, arrange toppings.
