Strawberry Wellness Smoothie π
Hides 2 oz of red clover microgreens in a strawberry-banana base. The mild sweetness blends invisibly. Isoflavones, calcium, vitamin C in a glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz fresh red clover microgreens
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup almond or oat milk
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- Optional: 1 tsp honey, 1/2 tsp vanilla
Method
- Liquid first, then yogurt and almond butter.
- Add frozen strawberries, banana, honey, vanilla.
- Top with all 2 oz microgreens, do not chop.
- Blend high 60 sec. Drink within 20 min.
